CANCELLATION / RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

CANCELLATION

  • All order cancellation requests have to be done before orders are handover to the courier for delivery. Style must be in original condition, tags intact.
  • These cancellations are accepted by Callie Closet and full amount paid, excluding 3% handling fee will be refunded to the respective customer. Usually, refund will be completed within 10-15 working days.

CALLIE CLOSET ONLINE EXCHANGES - EXCHANGE

  • You have 7 days from the delivered date to request for an exchange for the online purchased style/s.
  • Style must be in original condition, tags intact.
  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for discounted/sale items.
  • You can exchange your item’s sizes or colours or get an exchange code to place a new order for a new style.
  • These exchange are accepted by Callie Closet and full amount paid, excluding 3% handling fee will be refunded to the respective customer.
  • In the unlikely event that any items you have ordered from us are damaged or defective, or if the item delivered, is different from what you had ordered will only be accepted for Refund and will be arranged the courier free of charge.
  • For any other exchange courier charge has to be paid by the customer
  • Showroom exchanges are allowed on prior confirmation from Callie Closet Online Store.(refer below for more info)
  • Online exchange process takes 10-15 working days.

REFUND

  • In the unlikely event that any items you have ordered from us are damaged or defective, or if the item delivered, is different from what you had ordered will only be accepted for Refund and will be arranged the courier free of charge.
  • We aim to process all refunds within 7 working days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse
  • Refunds can only be made as follows,

      Paid Orders – Refund will be made to the card used for the original order

  • You will receive a refund confirmation via email once the refund process is completed
  • Refunds will usually clear into your account within 3-5 working days, however, this can vary according to the bank.

OUTLET EXCHANGE

  • For your convenience we accept return/exchange of Online orders at our retail outlets, please contact us via [email protected] or call our hotline +94 702677777 for further information and confirmation.
  • You can exchange for size, color or a new style.
  • Discounted styles will not be accepted.
  • Credit note or gift voucher will not be given in exchange for an online exchange.

  • If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange of the item.
  • Change of delivery address cannot be accommodated once the package has been shipped.

DELIVERY POLICY LOCAL (SRI LANKA)

  • Cash On Delivery is accepted ISLAND WIDE
  • VISA, MasterCard, American Express payment options are available for all customers within Sri Lanka.
  • Order dispatch takes place only during working days (Monday-Friday) excluding poya days and other mercantile holidays.
  • Pick up option is available at the Callie Closet showroom.
  • Cash on delivery orders will take maximum of 4 working days from the date of order placement.
  • Pre-paid orders will only be dispatched once we have received a proof of payment.
  • Pre-paid orders will be dispatched on the next working day after the receipt of the payment. (Delivery may take up to maximum of 4 working days depending on the delivery location)
  • Once the order has been accepted by the recipient or a representative, it will be deemed as delivered. Callie closet shall not be held responsible for any lost goods after acceptance of the goods by the recipient.
  • Delivery Failure – Please note that we only deliver to one delivery address per order. If an incorrect or non-existent delivery address is given, an extra rerouting delivery charge will have to be borne by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Shop our website and see your complete order total, including shipping fees when you checkout. When you submit your order, the total is guaranteed at the current exchange rate.

SHIPPING

  • There can be international delivery delays due to flight disruptions, cancellations, government restrictions and/or border closure.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS

  • International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors, including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country.

DUTIES & TAXES

  • Duties (or Customs tariffs) are set by the destination country Customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country.

PAYMENT

  • Visa and MasterCard are available for international customers. calliecloset.com will be displayed as the Merchant of record on customer’s credit card statements for orders shipped internationally. We are legally required to declare total value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice with all international orders

SHIPMENT TIMEFRAMES

  • You will be quoted a specific delivery promise at the time of checkout that is based on your selected destination country and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart. Although we do our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • In the unlikely event that any items you have ordered from us is damaged or defective, or if the item delivered, is different from what you had ordered will only be accepted for return. If you would like to return an item for refund or exchange, you are able to do this within 20 days of receiving your order. Items must be in an unwashed, unworn and resalable condition. To complete a return, call us via email us [email protected] to request a Return approval code. Please include:
    – Name
    – Address
    – Email Address
    – Order Number
    – Item number(s) to return
    – Reason for your return
  • We will provide you with an email that contains information on where returns should be shipped, the amount you will be refunded upon quality inspection of the returned merchandise, a shipping label/waybill and the return package instructions.
  • Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. You will pay for shipping of the returned item(s) to the carrier.
  • Returns will not be accepted without a return approval email from [email protected] Please note, that the return approval code will expire in 21 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Return approval email. The item will not be accepted if it is returned after that time.
